Tender Waters
$36.00

A guided self-touch practice and communal ritual devoted to tending the waters of our bodies and honoring the immensity of both grief and love that we hold within them.

Our breasts carry stories, memories, and emotions. They have long been symbols of nourishing others. This space is an invitation to enter a deeper reciprocal relationship with them. As we learn to tend our own breasts with care, we deepen our sensitivity, vitality, and relationship with our own hearts.

Over these 2 hours we'll share simple daily practices for tending our breasts and supporting the health of our lymphatic rivers through guided self-touch and gentle movement. We'll support one of the body's most important systems of circulation and immunity: the inner waterways that nourish, protect, and help us carry and show up for the fullness of life.

We’ll close by unfurling into a communal ritual that welcomes our tears, our tenderness, and our achingly immense love for this precious life to flow…
