Sophie Morgan Burns

Romantic Somatics Founder

Sophie Morgan Burns is the founder of Romantic Somatics, a relational and embodied practice devoted to restoring intimacy, imagination, and meaning in personal and collective life.

Her work centers the body as an intelligent, relational field—one shaped by nervous systems, histories, desires, and the stories we live inside. Drawing from somatics, erotics, mythic imagination, and relational practice, Sophie supports women in deep healing and repatterning across love, sexuality, identity, and relationship.

Alongside private 1:1 work, Sophie facilitates women’s gatherings, seasonal councils, and immersive study pathways including Inner Lover and Mythic Muse. Across all of these spaces, her work is guided by a devotion to relational integrity, erotic aliveness, and the quiet cultural work of shaping more harmonious futures — beginning with how we love.

Sophie lives and works between inner and outer worlds, holding a deep respect for both the personal and the political, the intimate and the imaginal. Romantic Somatics is the living expression of this devotion.
